Dr. Jeffrey M. Levine, M.D.

Dr. Jeffrey Levine is an internist and geriatrician with a wide range of clinical interests including care of elderly patients and patients with chronic wounds, lecturing and consulting on quality related issues for the elderly such as pressure ulcers, nutrition and fall related injuries, and as a researcher and writer with numerous publications in geriatrics.

Dr. Levine has extensive expertise in wound care and pressure ulcers. He has served as consultant and educator to facilities and health care systems interested in reducing incidence of pressure ulcers. With increasing attention to preventable hospital and nursing home complications, Dr. Levine’s expertise has been applied to assist hospitals, nursing homes, and government agencies develop strategies to reduce pressure ulcers.
